When you purchase a watch from Prince Electronics, we email you the shipping tracking number and order updates so that you can track your package. We know that shipping is important to you so please contact us if you have any questions about shipping that are not answered below.
Shipping Rates & Options
We ship all packages via Express courier, shipping costs are calculated during Checkout. We pack all goods in their new original box with foam protection. We take every measure possible to ensure that your merchandise with box arrives in the best possible condition in a timely manner. Please contact us if you have any special shipping requests.
Return Policy & Exchanges (Refunds)
We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase so we've made returning items easy. Watches can be returned within 14 days for a refund, as long as they are unworn. This only applies to our retail custmers.
